Support for AI Agentic Assistants

Help with setting up AI Agentic Assistants and with anything that goes wrong.

Write to us. Email hey@stellarfirm.ai with what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Never send API keys or tokens: if you pasted one anywhere by mistake, rotate it.

Connect Slack. Your assistants talk to you in your own Slack workspace, through a Slack app you create in a few minutes:

  1. Open api.slack.com/apps, choose Create New App, then From a manifest, and pick your workspace.
  2. Paste the StellarFirm app manifest and create the app.
  3. Under Basic Information, generate an app-level token with the connections:write scope. Then install the app to your workspace.
  4. In StellarFirm, open Integrations, then Slack, paste the workspace token (xoxb-) and the app token (xapp-), and turn on live Slack. The tokens are saved where your assistants run, never stored on this website. They never reach an assistant's computer.
  5. Send the app a direct message or mention it in a channel. Anything that sends, publishes, or creates waits for your Approve.
